Our story
AZ Poolwatch Pool Services is a small family owned business that my wife, Debbie, and I started back in 2001. I was working for another pool service company and asked the owner if I could have a couple of days each week off so I could start my own business. With his blessing, my wife and I would deliver flyers door-to-door on the weekends. I was eventually able to build up enough business to go on my own full time. I have seen a lot of pools and unique situations in my career and it helps me to provide a very high quality of service in the industry.
We focus on providing our clients with great communication and customer service. I believe in treating people fairly and take pride in my small business. I hire and train CPO certified technicians that are go getters and strong independent workers.
When Debbie and I started this business back in 2001 we had no idea how exciting this industry could be. I am enjoying continuing to learn as the industry advances. I would love the opportunity to meet you and help you with any pool needs that you may have!

Michael McPheron
Michael is the owner of AZ Poolwatch Pool Services. He has been in the pool industry since 1997 and working independently since 2001. Michael is a Certified Pool Operator that has seen many unique situations in his career which helps him to provide a high quality of service in the pool industry. He attends trade shows and training programs to stay current with all the advances in the pool service industry.
Michael is focused on providing a high quality of customer service to his clients. His business provides weekly pool service on the same day each week. Services are performed by certified and uniformed pool technicians that arrive in a clean truck with a company logo.
